Introduction

Forcepoint Dynamic Edge Protection is a cloud-based secure Internet gateway and web security solution, designed to protect your users wherever they are.

Forcepoint Dynamic Edge Protection is deployed as a cloud service, with Internet traffic from your sites directed to the service via IPsec or GRE tunneling, or the Forcepoint Web Security Endpoint client. The service secures your Internet traffic via policies that combine network security, cloud application security, web category filtering, file scanning and filtering, and threat inspection rules.

The management portal provides a unified interface for user and administrator management, policy creation, and analytics. Dashboarding and monitoring capabilities allow you to analyze traffic, usage, and service performance in real time.

Note: Currently, Google Chrome (desktop version) is supported for accessing the portal. Your browser must have JavaScript enabled.

Support PIN

A support PIN is displayed in the Help menu. This PIN is used to authenticate you when contacting Technical Support. The PIN is unique per portal user, and is generated when you sign in. The PIN is valid for 24 hours. After 24 hours have elapsed, a new PIN is generated the next time you sign in.

Important: In order to safeguard the security of your data, Forcepoint support representatives will not be able to provide customer support without a valid, up-to-date PIN.
