Block Summary

The Block Summary monitoring page displays information about destination addresses, cloud applications, services, and user actions that have been blocked across all policies.

Summary
  • Blocked Connections: the total number of outbound connections from your organization that were blocked
  • Blocked Sources: the number of source IP addresses for which at least one transaction was blocked
  • Blocked Applications: the number of cloud applications that were blocked
  • Blocked Web Categories: the number of web categories that were matched to block at least one web request
  • Blocked Domains: the number of requests to domains that were blocked
  • Blocked Services: the number of Services that were matched to block at least one transaction

Click View details to open a report showing transaction records for blocked requests. The details screen shows the last 1000 transactions. Data is retained for 30 days.

Blocked Users The number of actions that were blocked, per user (bar chart).
Blocked Destinations The number of requests to destination addresses that were blocked, by destination IP address (bar chart).
Blocked Web Categories The number of times each web category was matched to block a web request (bar chart).
Blocked Applications The number of access attempts to cloud applications that were blocked (bar chart).
Blocked Connections by Site The total number of blocked outbound connections per site (bar chart).
Blocked Sources The number of source addresses for which at least one transaction was blocked, per source IP address.
Blocked Services The number of times each Service was matched to block a transaction (bar chart).
