Subscription key

To verify that the subscription key is entered correctly and has not expired:
1.
Go to the Settings > General > Account page.

Check the date next to Key expires. If the date has passed, contact your reseller or Websense, Inc., to renew your subscription.

If you have made changes to the key in the Settings dialog box, click OK to activate the key and enable database download.
To manually initiate a database download, or to check the status of the most recent database download, click Database Download in the toolbar at the top of the Status > Dashboard page.
