Go to the Settings > General > Account page.

Compare the key that you received from Websense, Inc., or your reseller to the Subscription key field.
|

Check the date next to Key expires. If the date has passed, contact your reseller or Websense, Inc., to renew your subscription.

If you have made changes to the key in the Settings dialog box, click OK to activate the key and enable database download.
