Verify that you have entered your subscription key exactly as you received it on th Web > Settings > General > Account page in the TRITON Manager. The key is case sensitive.

Make sure that your subscription has not expired on the Web > Settings > General > Account page in the TRITON Manager.

Ensure that the Master Database has been downloaded successfully within the last 2 weeks. You can check download status in the Web module of the TRITON Manager: click Database Download on the Status > Dashboard page.

If Filtering Service is unable to connect to the download server, see Verify Filtering Service Internet access and Verify Filtering Service firewall or proxy server settings to make sure that Filtering Service and the network environment are properly configured to enable the connection.
