To help you get the most from your Websense software, TRITON - Web Security includes 5 types of user assistance:
To browse the TRITON - Web Security Help system, click Help, and then select Contents. The Help system is displayed in a separate tab or browser window.
If you are unable to find the information you need within TRITON - Web Security, the Help menu provides a link to the Websense Support Portal. The Support Portal provides access to all product, technical, and customer support resources, including documentation, knowledge base articles, and forums.
