Air Travel

Attendees are required to book travel using CONCUR. APAC excluded.

Flight Arrivals

LatAm / EMEA / APAC - January 15

North America - January 16 (arrive by 12:00 PM)

Flight Departures

January 19 (depart after 4:00 PM)

Employees are not allowed to book tickets in business class and all employees should make every effort to travel on the least expensive flights.

Airport Transportation / Parking

The resort is located 20 miles from Los Angeles International and Long Beach airports.

Taxi cost to/from the resort is approximately $65-70, each way.  Attendees are responsible for all transportation costs. All employees should make every effort to share a taxi. Shuttle service will be provided for return trips to the airport. Rental cars will not be allowed to be expensed.

San Diego Employees:  Websense will provide a shuttle from HQ on the 16th and returning on the 19th.  Employees will not be reimbursed for mileage or parking if they drive their own vehicles.

Guest Policy

Guests are not permitted on site during the conference.

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate at all events. Dress in layers as evening temperatures can range from the upper 40's and 50's (Fahrenheit).

Temperatures during the month of January are moderate in the day and cooler in the evening.
