Reinstalling RiskVision from a USB Drive
Recovery USB | TRITON RiskVision | 06-June-2016
You can use a TRITON RiskVision recovery image on a USB drive to:
1.
Provision a V10000 G4 appliance with CentOS 6.6, including all of the libraries that RiskVision requires.
2.
Reinstall all RiskVision components on the appliance.
This process will delete any configuration and incident data that resides on the appliance.
If you have a RiskVision backup from before the recovery, you can restore the backup to the reinstalled system to recover your settings and incident data.
Step 1: Acquire the image
The installer image is available from forcepoint.com. To download it:
1.
Click the My Account link at www.forcepoint.com, then log in.
2.
Select the Downloads tab, then select Forcepoint TRITON RiskVision Base System V10000 from the Product drop-down list.
3.
Select your version (2.1.0 or 2.0.0) from the Version drop-down list.
4.
In the search results, locate the RiskVision USB Recovery Image (V10000 G4) and click download.
5.
When you have finished downloading the image, continue with one of the following:
