If you have just deployed a Websense Web Security solution, there may not be any reporting data to display. You can use a tool like TestLogServer to see whether traffic is currently being logged. See the Using TestLogServer for Web Security Troubleshooting technical article for instructions.

In organizations that use delegated administration, review the reporting permissions for the delegated administrator's role. If View dashboard charts is not selected, these chart do not appear for delegated administrators in that role.
