Websense TRITON APX Solutions v8.1
Version 8.1 is a maintenance release that provides a number of features and several important corrections for Websense TRITON APX solutions.
Previous product functionality remains intact. The user interface has the same familiar look and feel and the core product continues to provide the strong protections you've come to rely on.
SQL Server support
SQL Server 2012 SP2 and SQL Server 2014 are supported in this release.

Supported browsers for TRITON Manager
Support has been added for the latest browsers.

Password requirements
The password requirements for the default TRITON Manager administrator account (admin) and all other TRITON administrators have changed. Passwords must now:

Be at least 8 characters
*
Contain at least 1 upper case character
*
Contain at least 1 lower case character
*
Contain at least 1 number
*
Contain at least 1 non-alphanumeric character
Audit log updates
The Audit Log under TRITON Settings has been updated in this release. Events are now added to the log in the following cases:

A single administrator permission is added or removed.
*
Administrator details are modified – i.e. several different permissions are changed and/or check boxes are selected or cleared. Click the link in the event notification to see full details of the changes.
*
Two-factor authentication is added, removed, or modified.
