Configuring DLP Cloud Applications

Use the DLP Cloud Applications tab of the Settings > General > Services page to activate or deactivate DLP Cloud Applications.
With a Forcepoint DLP Cloud Applications subscription, DLP Cloud Applications:

First, DLP Cloud Applications must be activated:
1.
Click Activate.
The DLP Cloud Service Activation dialog box is displayed.

The Access key ID

The Access key secret for the account

The Service URL

The connection process is initiated. This may take some time to complete.
Once DLP Cloud Service is successfully activated, the tab is updated with a list of supported modules according to the existing license, and with a link that enables you to recheck the license. It also displays a Module Connection Status section, with an indication of the current connection status of each module, a link to recheck connection status, and if relevant - a Connect button.
Error handling
The following are instructions and recommendations for handling various error messages you might encounter:

Data Protection Service module is not supported - make sure that you have a valid Forcepoint CASB license.

DLP Cloud API & Cloud Data Discovery failed to connect - either the DLP cloud agents are not registered to the Forcepoint Security Manager, or the module is temporarily unavailable. Click Connect to try to connect again, and if the problem continues, contact Forcepoint Technical Support to register the cloud agents to Forcepoint Security Manager.
