Installing the language pack
Installing the Language Pack | Forcepoint DLP | v8.4.x, v8.5.x
This procedure is not necessary for users of Forcepoint DLP v8.6, due to changes in the OCR server. If you are running Forcepoint DLP v8.4 or 8.5.x, follow the steps below.
1.
To download the language pack software:
a.
Use the My Account link at support.forcepoint.com to log in to the Support website.
b.
Select Downloads.
The Downloads page displays.
c.
Under Forcepoint DLP, select your version; 8.4.0, 8.5.0, or 8.5.1.
The available downloads for your version display.
d.
Click Forcepoint DLP Language Package, then, on the Product Installer page, click Download.
2.
On each supplemental Forcepoint DLP server, run the executable file DLPLanguagePack.msi.
3.
Click Next to proceed through the installation wizard. Accept all default settings until the installation is finished.
All supported foreign language files are installed. See the previous section for details.
4.
Log onto the Data Security module of the Forcepoint Security Manager.
5.
Go to the Settings > Deployment > System Modules page.
6.
One by one, expand the tree for each supplemental server:
a.
Select its OCR server.
b.
Select the languages to monitor.
c.
Click OK.
7.
Click Deploy.
