When editing an administrator's profile (see Editing administrators), you have the option to select which incidents you want this administrator to be able to manage. The administrator will be able to access the incident reports and remediate the incidents that you select.

Select All incidents if you want the administrator to be able to manage all incidents from the selected policies and business units.
|
|
|
Select Only incidents assigned to this administrator if you want the administrator to manage only those incidents assigned to him or her.
|
|

Click OK.
