Removing modules
To remove a module permanently, open the module in the System Modules list and click Remove. The only other time you should Remove a module is if its IP address or hostname has changed. In this case, you have to re-register the module with the new IP.

See Changing the TRITON management server IP address or name for steps.
To remove modules from service temporarily (for maintenance, for example), do not Remove them from the TRITON Manager. Since they aren't sending transactions, they can remain registered as is. Make sure to reroute traffic from those servers before taking them offline.
Alternatively, you could disable a protector or mobile agent temporarily to remove it from service. When you re-enable it, you don't need to re-register it, just click Deploy.
