Version 7.8.2

We had both an X-Series release and a V-Series release for 7.8.2.

Consequently, we restructured the Library folders that hold 
our external documents for publication and download.

Under /content/support/library/appliance 

The 7.8 folder (and its subfolders) are now used for documents that 
may be able to be placed in customer hands throughout the 7.8.x series 
with small updates or perhaps no updates.

The 7.8.2 folder will be used for documents that probably won't 
ever apply to anything except version 7.8.2.

We bifurcated both the 7.8 folder and the 7.8.2 folder into these 2 subfolders:

v-series
x-series


So the release notes for 7.8.2 are found here in these two places:

/content/support/library/appliance/v782/v-series/release_notes/first.aspx 

/content/support/library/appliance/v782/x-series/release_notes/first.aspx 


But the team in Beijing has added a pointer to 7.8.2 Release Notes that 
appears when you search for appliance patches and hotfixes from within 
the V-Series console.  

They pointed to V-Series Release Notes here:

/content/support/library/appliance/v782/release_notes/first.aspx 

To save time, I placed a duplicate Release Notes at that exact spot.

As soon as we can get the pointer corrected, I'll remove the extra folder.
