        <p><strong>Versions 7.7 and 7.8</strong></p>
        <p>Deploy Websense remote filtering software to manage Internet
        requests from machines outside the network. By default, remote filtering
        software manages HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP traffic.</p>
        <p>Remote filtering software is an optional feature, available
        to Websense Web Filter, Websense Web Security, Websense Web Security
        Gateway, and Websense Web Security Gateway Anywhere customers.</p>
        <p><strong>NOTE:</strong> In Websense Web Security Gateway
        Anywhere deployments, the hybrid (cloud) service can also be used
        to manage Internet requests from users outside the network.</p>
        <p>Remote filtering software includes the following components:</p>
        <ul>
            <li>Remote Filtering Client is installed on each machine that
            will receive Web Security policy enforcement when used outside the network. This client is
            configured to communicate with the Remote Filtering Server.</li>
            <li>Remote Filtering Server resides inside your firewall, and acts as a proxy to Websense Filtering Service.</li>
