Removing user profiles

If a user was removed from your directory service, but you have not removed the Cloud Security profile from their device or wiped their device, an alert appears on the Cloud Security portal Alert page. To remove the profile or wipe the device, click the Resolve button next to the alert.

The Resolve Devices For Removed Users page lists the users who have been removed, along with their devices, device types, and profile types.
