Clearing the passcode on a device

Mobile Security allows you to clear the passcode on a device, effectively unlocking the device.

To clear the passcode on a device, select the device on the General > Devices screen and click Clear Passcode. A message appears asking you to confirm that you would like to clear the passcode on the selected device. Click Yes to complete the operation. You can monitor the status of the operation on the General > Jobs Queue page.

End users can also clear the passcodes their devices from the End-user Device Management Portal, see End-user self service for more information.
