        <h4>Locking a device</h4>
        <p>The lock feature in Mobile Security locks the device and requires the device passcode to unlock it. </p>
        <p>To lock a device, select the device on the <strong>General &gt; Devices</strong> screen and click Lock. A message appears asking you to confirm that you would like to lock the selected device. Click <strong>Yes</strong> to complete the operation. You can monitor the status of the lock operation on the <strong>General &gt; Jobs Queue</strong> page. </p>
        <p>End users can also lock their devices from the End-user Device Management Portal, see End-user self service for more information. </p>
