<H3>Configuring the protector </H3>Once registration is established between the protector and the Data Security Management Server, clicking on the protector lets you set up advanced parameters. 
<P>To configure the protector, select it on the System Modules screen and the Edit Protector window appears. </P>
<P>There are 4 tabs in the Edit Protector window:</P>

<P>* Networking tab</P>
<P>* Local Networks tab</P>
<P>* Services tab</P>
<P>TIP: You can also use the protector CLI to configure the protector. See the Deployment Guide, Appendix A for details on the CLI.</P>
