Starting in version 7.6, a single V-Series appliance can secure Web and email access for your network. Incoming email can be scanned for malicious links, and outbound email can be scanned for sensitive data leaving your network. Secure HTTPS traffic can be inspected by the Content Gateway proxy.
For off-appliance components, a single installer includes Web Security, Data Security, and Email Security components. In addition, a single management console, the fully integrated TRITON console, brings together configuration, policy management, and reporting tasks for Websense Web Security, Data Security, and Email Security.
This enhanced functionality introduces new considerations for network administrators planning to upgrade their Websense software. This webinar will focus on the planning required for a successful appliance upgrade.
