Deploying the Remote Filter Module | Forcepoint URL Filtering | v8.4.x, v8.5.xx
To deploy the new version of the Remote Filtering Client to Windows client machines:

This exposes the Websense Endpoint.msi file and its support files.

Here, "<password>" is the anti-tampering password specified during installation of the previous Remote Filtering Client version, and "path" is the full path to the directory containing the MSI and its support files.

After upgrading the Remote Filtering Client on remote computers:

Go to the Settings > General > Remote Filtering page.

Click OK to cache your changes.

Click Main > Policy Management > Filters.

If you do not want remote filtering software to filter HTTPS requests, FTP requests, or both, see Configuring remote filtering to ignore HTTPS or FTP for instructions on disabling this functionality.

Click OK to cache any changes. Changes are not implemented until you click Save and Deploy.
