By default, Content Gateway does not cache objects with the following response headers:

WWW-Authenticate:

You can configure the proxy to ignore WWW-Authenticate headers. See Configuring the proxy to ignore WWW-Authenticate headers.

Expires: header with value of 0 (zero) or a past date
