You can customize the message users receive when:

They are trying to connect to a site that has an invalid certificate. See Certificate validation failed.

There is a connection failure. See SSL connection failure.
The following variables are available within the message templates.

Protocol (HTTP or HTTPS)

The IP address and port of the host of the proxy that generated the message
%o
The IP address of the host of the proxy that generated the message
%H
Remote hostname of the request
%t
Time
%s
Name of the Content Gateway server
%u
Complete URL
$$DETAILS
Detailed error message
$$TICKET_ID
The ID number of the incident.
