Content Gateway is not running

When a Content Gateway instance registers with Policy Server, that connection is tracked in the Web Security manager. Information about the Content Gateway instance appears on the Settings > General > Content Gateway Access page, and in the Filtering Service Summary on the System tab of the Status > Dashboard page.
If the registered instance stops, or is removed, a health alert message is displayed in the Web Security manager.

If the instance has stopped unexpectedly, check the syslog file on the Content Gateway machine for information about what caused the failure.
