Logging on with certificate authentication
TRITON Console Help | Web, Data, and Email Security Solutions | v7.8.x
If you are using certificate authentication, you do not usually see the logon page. Instead, when you access the TRITON console URL:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
If no certificate match is found, the logon process depends on the fallback options that have been set up:
*
*
If neither of these options is available, you cannot log on without a matching certificate.
If all of your administrator accounts are configured to use certificate authentication, and you encounter an issue where your administrators do not have client certificates or certificate matching is failing, you can still log on to the TRITON console as follows:
1.
2.
3.
Log on using the admin user name and password.
You can then configure your certificate authentication options to provide a fallback for your other administrators. See Configuring two-factor authentication.
