Configure RiskVision proxy settings

If Internet communication from the RiskVision box must go through a proxy, use the System > Proxy tab to configure the appropriate proxy settings.
The proxy settings will be used when RiskVision verifies subscription information, downloads databases, checks for system updates, connects to the File Sandbox, updates Help links, and sends feedback.
To configure proxy settings:
1.
Toggle the Enable proxy settings switch to ON.
2.
Enter the IP address or hostname of the proxy, and the connection Port to use.
3.
If the proxy requires authentication, provide the User name and Password of an authorized account.
4.
Click Apply.
The Local Manager tests the proxy settings and indicates whether or not it was able to make a connection via the proxy.
