When you enable TRITON RiskVision data analysis on the System > Data Profile page of the Local Manager, you can configure which policies to use to identify potential data loss within your organization.
The rules used to identify potentially sensistive information are based on a combination of the:
*
*
*
Each rule is made up of content classifiers that define, for example, what exactly identifies a piece of data as, for example, a credit card number, health information code, or passport number. For details, see:
*
*
*
When Data Analysis finds content that violates one of the policies you have selected, information about the violation is added to an incident record. The record includes details about the policy violated, the content that triggered the violation, and the number of times a violation was triggered.
The policies and their classifiers are frequently updated and improved to stay current as local regulatory policies change.
