On the Dictionaries screen, click Add Custom Dictionary. (To view the contents of an existing dictionary or to edit a custom dictionary, click the dictionary name.)

Enter a name for the dictionary and a description if desired; then click Add. (If you are editing an existing name or description, click Submit.)
