To configure the content of email message reports sent to end users, select Email > Messages > Personal Email Subscriptions. The personal email subscription gives end users a summary of the messages that they have received and sent.

You can choose to subscribe your end users to personal email message reports via the portal. Users receive a single report in the format that you configure, and the report contains a link that a user must click to receive the report on a weekly basis. Otherwise, to receive a report, users must request it via a website. They can also subscribe to the report for automatic delivery.
