Endpoint Status page does not show user name

The Forcepoint DLP Endpoint requires the Terminal Services service to be enabled and set to Manual to report user names back to the endpoint agent service.
1.
On the endpoint machine for the missing user, open Windows Control Panel and select Administrative Tools > Services.
2.
Locate the Terminal Services service. Double-click it.
3.
Change the service's Startup type from Disabled or Automatic to Manual.
4.
Click OK.
5.
Reboot the computer.
The user name should properly be displayed in the list on the Status > Endpoint Status page once the endpoint has rebooted.
