Defining policy owners

Use the Policy Owners tab of the Policy Management > Mobile DLP Policy page in the Data Security module of the Forcepoint Security Manager to identify who can view and modify a policy and, if configured, receive notifications of breaches. Notifications are sent only if they are enabled in one or more of the policy's attributes.

To define an owner or owners for this mobile DLP policy:

Click Edit.

Select one or more owners in the Select an Element dialog box. See Selecting items to include or exclude in a policy for instructions.

Click OK.

To send notifications to policy owners:

Go to the Main > Policy Management > Resources page.

Click Notifications in the Remediation section of the page.

Select an existing notification or click New to create a new one.

Under Recipients, select Additional email addresses.

Click the right arrow then select the variable, %Policy Owners%.

Click OK.
