NLP policy isn't being triggered, and events are undetected

Some events that are submitted for analysis do not trigger policies. Typically, these are NLP or complex policies that use compiled Python scripts. Forcepoint may not be in your system's pythonpath variable, and NLP uses python. See knowledgebase article "Some events don't appear to trigger incidents when they should" for instructions on modifying the path.
