Error handling
The following are instructions and recommendations for handling various error messages you might encounter:
*
DLP Cloud Proxy module is not supported - make sure that you have a valid Forcepoint CASB license.
*
DLP Cloud API & Cloud Data Discovery failed to connect - either the DLP cloud agents are not registered to the Forcepoint Security Manager, or the module is temporarily unavailable. Click Connect to try to connect again, and if the problem continues, contact Forcepoint Technical Support to register the cloud agents to Forcepoint Security Manager.
*
DLP Cloud Proxy failed to connect - either there is no Cloud Policy Engine (CPE) alive for the desired module, or the module is temporarily unavailable. Click Connect to try to connect again, and if the problem continues, contact ForcepointTechnical Support to create a CPE.

Note
If a Connect button is displayed next to the module error message, it means that Forcepoint Security Manager has never succeeded to connect to the DLP cloud agent or CPE, respectively. If so, there is a high probability that a cloud agent was not registered or a CPE was not created.
