Configuring the RAP service

Risk Adaptive Protection (RAP) is a product offering that is built upon existing Forcepoint UEBA and DLP technologies.

To use the RAP Service go to Settings > General > Services. Select the Risk Adaptive Protection tab.

Click Enable Risk Adaptive Protection.

The Forcepoint UEBA hostname or IP Address

The Port Number. The default port number is 2181.

Click Test Connection to test the UEBA connection to DLP. A confirmation message returns.

If connection fails, enter again the UEBA hostname or IP Address and the port number; then test again.

Click OK to save the changes.


	Note If you already defined DLP rules to determine actions, disabling this option (by clearing the Enable Risk Adaptive Protection checkbox) will disconnect the UEBA from DLP and actions will be determined by DLP matches only.
