Emailing incidents to the manager of the person who generated the incident

From the toolbar, select Escalate > Email to Manager. A screen appears.

If you want to send a copy or blind copy to other people, enter their email addresses in the Cc and Bcc fields.

Enter a subject in the Subject field or accept the default. Click the right arrow to choose variables to include in the subject, such as "This is to notify you that an employee's message was %Action% because it breached corporate policy." Maximum length: 4000 characters.

Select Include original message as an attachment if you want to attach the message.

Select High importance if this is a priority message.

The selected incidents are immediately emailed to the manager.
