TRITON AP-DATA offers a built-in notification template, Default notification, that you can edit as required. This notification is used as a default by the built-in action plans: to ensure that a notification is sent when an action plan is triggered, either edit the Default notification or create a new notification and edit your action plan to use it. See Notifications and Adding a new action plan for more details.
