President's Day is February 20, 2012.

Please note that Websense in America will be observing President's Day Holiday. Technical Support hours will be affected as follows:

Standard Support -- We will be closed Monday, February 20th. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, February 21st at, 5:00am Pacific Time. You may open a case online using our Support Request Portal at http://ask.websense.com/. We will address your case beginning Tuesday, February 21st.

Premium Support and Mission Critical Support - There will be no change to your 24 x 7 access to support. Phone support for Severity-One cases is provided using your Premium or Mission Critical Support phone number. Additionally, you may open a non-critical case online using our Support Request Portal at http://ask.websense.com/. We will address non-critical cases beginning Tuesday, February 21st. Case severity definitions and targeted response times are provided at http://www.websense.com/content/TargetedResponseTime.aspx
