Websense® Data Protect focuses on protecting confidential data on the network, since the primary risk of data loss is the misuse or unauthorized disclosure of confidential data. Websense clearly shows destination awareness, then mitigates risk in real-time by blocking dangerous action, notifying the user, and auditing the event. The user's contact information is highlighted so that they can quickly be contacted regarding their violation and remediation efforts (such as training) can be planned.
