Websense Web Security - Websense Certified Engineer – During this three day interactive training course, you will learn how to install, configure, administer, support and troubleshoot Websense Web Filtering (WWF) and Websense Web Security (WWS) products. Data Security Suite - Engineer – During this three day training course, you will learn how to install, configure, administer and support Websense Data Security Suite. Through instruction, iLabs (instructor led demos and lab exercises) and hands-on lab practice exercises, you will gain familiarity with the requirements and recommendations of Websense Data Security Suite deployment, installation and configuration, including policy creation, fingerprinting structured and unstructured content, data discovery, and system architecture. Email Security - Engineer – This two-day instructor-led course provides E-Mail Filter v6 administration training for the (former SurfControl) E-Mail Filter (SEF) SMTP product.

At the conclusion of this course, students should be familiar with basic functionality, core administrative tasks, and report generation.

You will learn the full installation process, including pre-installation and deployment considerations, best practices around installation techniques, and e-mail connection management. The course also includes guided demos and hands on lab exercises around the different services (Administration, Receive, Send) and the Database and Dictionary Management modules.
